Respect everyone: It's a great step towards getting respect for yourself and your values.
Be ethical in all of your dealings: Start by sticking to any rules you impose on others.
Be truthful not hateful. Speak your truths consistently and without being combative or aggressive: Don't debate your values and don't battle with people that differ from you.
Listen to the truths of others without being combative: It's very hard to change a persons core values and beliefs. A leader has to be sensitive to any differences and work with them or consider the worth of the person within the team.
Take comfort from your achievements: Your values and beliefs have contributed to your past success; trust them to deliver you future success.
Be yourself: don't flatter or fake love and/or affection: Be true to your beliefs and the values that spring from them.
BE HAPPY: Authenticity allows a freedom of thought and action that will sustain you in the face of negativity.
