- Respect everyone: Don't judge a book by it’s cover. Treat every encounter as valuable. Business often comes from the most unlikely people.
- Be ethical in all of your dealings: Tell your story with truth but without expectation.
- Avoid belligerent people: One of the few real freedoms in life is our ability to choose.
- Take comfort from your achievements: The road to success is tough and littered with disappointment; you need to celebrate your wins as enthusiastically as you lament your losses.
- Value your work and prioritise your career: Nothing ever grows without focus and effort.
- Be yourself: don't flatter or fake love and/or affection: I know all of the jokes about faking sincerity and they are just jokes. Being sincere is the only long-term strategy that works consistently.
- Learn how to take strength from everything you believe: Establish your moral compass and follow where it leads you.
- BE HAPPY: Happiness is a mind-set that you control. Be happy and the world will reward you.
