Wellness.​
  • Stay centred and focus on things you can control:  What do you need to get from a relationship?
  • Accept life is a journey:  What you need and what you are willing to give (in relationships) will change as you change.
  • Be patient:  Worthwhile relationships need work and time.
  • Become aware:  Others have things that they need to get from a relationship; you must be open to their needs.
  • Be truthful not hateful. Speak your truths consistently and without being combative or aggressive:  Building relationships on lies is ultimately destructive.
  • Avoid belligerent people:  It's very difficult to maintain a productive relationship with a belligerent person. 
  • Be sceptical, there are personal and professional tricksters:  People have the capacity to be very good liars when they want something.
  • BE HAPPY:  A good relationship will carry you through when things are not going well.
